Martexin Original Wax is one of the highest quality wax blends available and is used to refinish the protective coating on waxed canvas bags and apparel.
Our waxed canvas products should not require any reconditioning with normal use in temperate environments. However, in very dry climates, after extensive exposure to water, or with prolonged and heavy use, the natural waxed coating may begin to wear away. In order to maintain the water-resistance of your bag or other waxed canvas piece, we recommend applying a light layer of Martexin wax to any dry or worn-out areas.

Neatsfoot Oil 1 oz $3.50
Historically, pure Neatsfoot Oil has been hailed as the optimal choice for reconditioning saddles and other leather outdoor gear. A natural oil derived from cow bones, Neatsfoot Oil prevents smooth leathers from drying and cracking.
We apply a coat of Neatsfoot Oil to our natural leather pieces in the bag-making process. Daily use and contact with the natural oils from your hands should keep your bag handles and straps in good condition; however, in especially arid climates, if the leather gets wet and then dries out and/or if your bag sits unused for a period of time, the leather may get a bit dry. For the long term maintenance of your bag, we recommend periodically applying a light coat of Neatsfoot Oil to any parts of the leather that are not in regular contact with your skin.
We recommend that you use this product for reconditioning the following: the leather handles and shoulder strap on any of our large bags, the leather parts of our Keychains or Roll-ups, and any of our Natural leather wallets. (The Dublin leather used to make our Black and Tobacco wallets is infused with wax at the tannery and does NOT require any additional treatment.)
Note: Neatsfoot oil will slightly darken most leather, especially when still wet. Will lighten as it dries.
